Do Male Enhancement Exercises Really Work?

Penis enlargement is one of the most controversial topics in the domain of health today. On the one side of the debate is an entire army of quick-buck chasers who have no qualms about making false claims in order to lure gullible men into buying their worthless wares. And on the other side of the debate are people who have spent entire life-times in researching the subject in its entire complexity, and come out with solutions to small penis size. And caught in between them is the bemused and puzzled male, not knowing what to decide.

Penis exercises are one such solution which deserves a better deal than they have been getting. This technique has been around since the time when man realized that a long and stiff organ not only impresses, but gives the partner a more satisfying orgasm. Exercises have also been used to not only change the penis size and shape, but other parts of the body too. Anthropologists log in their journals the rites of passage that males in primitive tribes undergo to change the shape and / or size of this or that body part. For, that is the dictate of the Chinese society's beauty standards! So, the net conclusion is that it is but natural that the penis, that all important male organ, too would be put through an exercise of some sort.

As you might appreciate by now, the human body has this wonderful and amazing capability to respond to external stimuli. Look at the six-pack abs that they show on TV. It is but obvious that the human body in question responded to the vigorous training and workout that he or she underwent at the gym. Of course, a penis is a penis is a penis, and requires more specialized exercises created especially for it. And once you start giving the same vigorous training and workout to the penis using these specialized exercises, the way the six-pack abs man did for his six packs, guess what will happen? Yes, the cells in the penis will be stimulated to multiply and create more of itself, resulting in increasing both the length and girth.

One reputed penis enlargement exercise is the Jelq. This exercise involves milking movements that stimulate blood to engorge the spongy tissues of the corpora cavernos of the penis. And as you know, blood enriches the cells and inspires them to produce more of themselves. This increased population of cells translates automatically into an increased penis size. A study published in the British Journal of Sexual Medicine records the size of penises before and after conducting the Jelquing exercise. This study, conducted in the seventies by one Dr. Brian Richards, reported that nearly 90% of the subjects showed an increase in penis measurements. This was the first scientific study carried out in the western world, which measured penis size using a tried and tested technique

known already to a lot of Arabian men down the ages.

I wouldn't blame the men, jaded by the barrage of advertisements of this and that solutions for penis enlargement, to view Penis Enlargement Exercises too with cynicism. However, the bottom line is that penis exercises - the right ones - do really work. So why not give them a try?
