ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਨਵਾਂ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਸਿਰਜੇਗੀ : ਚੱਠਾ
ਟੋਰਾਂਟੋ, 24 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ (ਪੋਸਟ ਬਿਊਰੋ): ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਬਿਜਨਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਫੈਸ਼ਨਲਜ਼ ਐਸੋਸੀਏਸ਼ਨ, ਕਲਮ ਫਾਊਂਡੇਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਓਂਟਾਰੀਓ ਫਰੈਂਡਜ਼ ਕਲੱਬ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ 2017 ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਅੱਜ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਅਜੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਦੇ ਅਮਰੀਕਾ ਤੋਂ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਏ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੰਗ ਮੰਗ ਕੇ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਲਈਆਂ।
ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਅਜੈਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਚੱਠਾ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ 23, 24 ਅਤੇ 25 ਜੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਚੌਥੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ 100 ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਵਨਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੱਦਾ ਪੱਤਰ ਭੇਜੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖੋਜ ਪੱਤਰ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ ਤੈਅ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਵਿਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਤੇ ਚਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਜਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਨੈਤਿਕਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਲਿਖੇ ਗਏ ਖੋਜ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਖੋਜ ਪੱਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਵਿਦਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿਚ ਪੇਪਰ ਪੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਡੈਲੀਗੇਟ ਵੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਵਿਚ ਭਾਗ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਇਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਸਿਰਜੇਗੀ।
ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਰੀ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ ਫੰਡ ਜੁਟਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਡਿਊਟੀਆਂ ਨਿਭਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਮੰਗ ਮੰਗ ਕੇ ਜੁੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਲਈਆਂ। ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ‘ਤੇ ਵੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ
ਇਸ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚੇ ਬਲਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਕੈਲੀਫੋਰਨੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ ਮਾਲੀ ਮੱਦਦ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹਰ ਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਚੱਠਾ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਤਿੰਨ ਜਥਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਯਤਨ ਸਾਡੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੋਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਲਾਹੁਣਯੋਗ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿਚ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਗੁਰਦੁਆਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਲਈ 5 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਡੂੰਗਰ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।

Simply saying that online gaming has become popular is a massive understatement. ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਹਾਰਵਥ ਦੀ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਇਹੋ ਜਿਹੀ ਸੋਚਣੀ 2014 ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਨੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਲਿਬਰਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਸਮਰੱਥਨ ਵਾਪਸ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਰਾਹ ਖੋਲਿਆ ਸੀ। ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਚੋਣ ਜਿੱਤ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੀਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਰਕਰਾਰ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਸੀ। ਆਪਣੇ ਸਮਰੱਥਨ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਲਿਬਰਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਐਨ ਆਖਰੀ ਵਕਤ ਤੱਕ ਮਨਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਮੌਕਾ ਬਖਸ਼ਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। ਬਹੁ-ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਣ ਹੁਣ ਲਿਬਰਲ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਡੋਰ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਹਾਰੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਹਰ ਹੈ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਨੇ ਕਦੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਸਵਾ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਅਸਮਾਨ ਜਿੱਡੇ ਵਾਅਦੇ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੰਜ਼ਰਵੇਟਿਵ ਆਗੂ ਪੈਟਰਿਕ ਬਰਾਊਨ ਅਤੇ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਸਰ ਜਰੂਰ ਪਵੇਗਾ। ਪੈਟਰਿਕ ਬਰਾਊਨ ਲਈ ਲਾਜ਼ਮੀ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੋਵਿੰਸ਼ੀਅਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਚੋਣ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਕਾਇਦਾ ਪਲਾਨ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰੇ। ਇਸ ਬਾਬਤ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਦੇਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਉੱਨਾ ਹੀ 2018 ਦੀਆਂ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਅਵੇਸਲਾ ਵਿਖਾਈ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਟਾਰਾ ਖੋਲਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਕਿਸਮ ਨਾਲ ਪੈਟਰਿਕ ਬਰਾਊਨ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਪੈਟਰਿਕ ਕੋਲ ਹੋਰ ਦੇਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਬਹਾਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਵਾਅਦਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਸੱਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਬਰੈਮਲੀ ਗੋਲ ਮਾਲਟਨ ਤੋਂ ਐਮ ਪੀ ਪੀ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਵੇਗਾ। 2011 ਵਿੱਚ ਫੈਡਰਲ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਹਾਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਸੂਬਾਈ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੱਥ ਅਜ਼ਮਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਰਿਹਾ। ਉਸਦੇ ਐਥਨਿਕ ਪਿਛੋਕੜ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਭ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਇਰਾਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਨੇ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਲੇਕਿਨ ਜਗਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਂਟੇਰੀਓ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਦੀ ਬੇੜੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਝਧਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਫੈਡਰਲ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਜਾਣ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਫੈਡਰਲ ਐਨ ਡੀ ਪੀ ਦੀ ਲੀਡਰਸਿ਼ੱਪ ਚੋਣ ਲੜਨ ਦਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਕੱਲ ਕਨਵੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਬੋਧਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਸੀ, “ਮੈਂ ਯਕੀਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਲੀਡਰਸਿ਼ੱਪ ਦਾ ਰੋਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਦੂਰ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਕਿਹੜੀ ਚੀਜ਼ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਬਲਿਕ ਵਾਸਤੇ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰੋਗੇ”। ਵਾਅਦੇ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਲੇਕਿਨ ਐਂਡਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੀ ਕਸਵੱਟੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹ ਖੁਦ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਹੋਰ ਲੀਡਰ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਖੜੇ ਹਨ, ਇਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ?

ਚੱਲਦੀ ਬੱਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਬਾਹਰ ਡਿੱਗੀ
ਓਨਟਾਰੀਓ, 24 ਅਪਰੈਲ (ਪੋਸਟ ਬਿਊਰੋ) : ਇੱਕ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਬੱਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਡਿੱਗ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਫਾਇਰਫਾਈਟਰ ਤੇ ਲਾਇਸੰਸਸ਼ੁਦਾ ਈਐਮਟੀ ਨੇ ਫੌਰਨ ਬੱਚੀ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸਿ਼ਸ਼ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
ਬੁੱਧਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੈਰੀਸਨ, ਆਰਕਾਂਸਾਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ 65 ਉੱਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਿਆਨ ਸਿਆਮਪੋਲੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਗੱਡੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਡੈਸ਼ਕੈਮ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਦ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਵੀਡੀਓ ਵੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹੀ ਬੱਸ ਦਾ ਪਿਛਲਾ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ਾ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਤੇ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੇ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇਰ ਤੱਕ ਉਸ ਦਰਵਾਜ਼ੇ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤੇ ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਡਿੱਗੀ।
ਸਿਆਮਪੋਲੀ ਨੇ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਜੀਬ ਘਟਨਾ ਸੀ। ਇੱਕ ਪਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੱਚੀ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਦਰਵਾਜੇ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਈ ਤੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਹੀ ਪਲ ਉਹ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਡਿੱਗ ਗਈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਕੁੱਝ ਹੋਇਆ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਬੱਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੁਕੀ ਤੇ ਬੱਚੀ ਸੜਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੀ ਚਿੱਤ ਪਈ ਰਹੀ। ਸਿਆਮਪੋਲੀ ਨੇ ਫੌਰਨ ਹਰਕਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਬੱਚੀ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਦਾ ਉਪਰਾਲਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਖਤਰਾ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਲੰਘ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਬੱਚੀ ਹਾਈਵੇਅ ਦੇ ਐਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਪਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ।
ਕ੍ਰਾਅਫੋਰਡ ਕਾਊਂਟੀ ਦੇ ਫਾਇਰਫਾਈਟਰ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਬੱਚੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਾਂ ਬੇਸੁੱਧ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਕੋਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਉੱਠ ਬੈਠੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਾਂਹ ਹਿਲਾਈ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਵੇਖਿਆ, ਫਿਰ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਲਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕਿੱਥੇ ਸੱਟ ਵਗੈਰਾ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੈ। ਈਐਮਟੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੜਕ ਦੇ ਕਿਨਾਰੇ ਲੈ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਟਰੱਕ ਬੈੱਡ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਿਟਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁਆਇਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ। ਫਿਰ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਪੈਰਾਮੈਡਿਕਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਏ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੜਕੀ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸਿ਼ਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ।
ਪੰਜ ਮਿੰਟ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੈਰਾਮੈਡਿਕਸ ਆ ਗਏ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾ ਬੱਚੀ ਨੂੰ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਲਿਜਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਲੜਕੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਇੱਕ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਬੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਜਬ੍ਹਾੜਾ ਟੁੱਟ ਗਿਆ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਠੀਕ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਆਪਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਲੜਕੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਬੱਸ ਦੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਟਨਾਕ੍ਰਮ ਲਈ ਦੋਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਬੱਚੀ ਦੇ ਜਲਦ ਸਿਹਤਯਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਇਹ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਨਿੱਕੀ ਬੱਚੀ ਚੱਲਦੀ ਬੱਸ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਡਿੱਗੀ।
