With the advancement in technology these days, it is common to want things faster. The internet has given us the opportunity to get information fast and order things online fast. People want to lose weight or build muscle fast too. There is a major shift in just wanting everything fast!
So how do you build muscle fast?
Well the first thing you need to realise is that muscle building is not something that should be rushed. Sure you want those big guns as fast as possible but you also want them to last for years don’t you? There is no point bulking up in the fastest way possible only to discover you cannot keep up and then lose your muscles and even worse turning them into fat.
So you will need a solid plan of weight training and nutrition to get you started. Focus on using exercises that will build up the core strength in the body. The major muscle groups will take more training but also help you to burn even more calories. So the chest, back and legs should be focused on even more than the arms. A common mistake is to put too much focus on the arms when there really is no need.
Doing squats and deadlifts are a great combination to train the major muscle groups. You can include exercises for the arms as they need concentrated exercises too but don’t overtrain them. Over training will just lead to burnout and they won’t grow any bigger, no matter how often you workout. They need time to grow and relax.
So when learning how to build muscle fast, don’t go for short term gains and focus on long term growth instead. Short cuts will just lead to short term gains, so don’t take them. Build up your strength and the muscles will soon follow.
